Sara, the potato pancakes really are delicious, but I can't eat them if they are made from leftover mashed potatoes. This is one of only a few potato dishes I like. I'd be happy to share the recipe. If you make them without flour, they're not as solid, but taste just as good! Love, Carolyn

Can't stop laughing at the last line, Sara. Very funny indeed! I love homemade corn bread but you can let someone else eat the chili. LOL Love, Carolyn
