Notes About The Poem

The Chuckle of the Oracle

It'll rain a lot more than usual today. And then it will be morning. It applies to everything in our world. The stars will age with time. Reality's fabric will be torn apart. Humping. Perhaps the laughing of an oracle. The night is bitterly cold. The world around us is a jumble of dots. Earth is a speck. The sun, the sea, and love are all dots too. Love is in the air, and everyone is looking for it. a never-ending string of dots and circles.

Yes--the universe is so vast--everything looks small in comparison. Keep exploring, Lasaad.
