The Chase

Run rabbit, run
How quickly he disappears
Forgetting I am chasing him
Running from my fears
Run rabbit, run
Into the dark or into the light
It doesn't matter
I'll still be chasing you
Trying to make it right
Run rabbit, run
You cannot be late
So check your timepiece
And all the while I'll be checking mine
Run rabbit, run
I'll chase you anywhere
Because wherever we are I don't care
Just as long as you are there

Thanks everyone. The poem isn't actually about a rabbit, it's a sort of metaphor about my father.

Very cute. I have chased many rabbits. Well done.
