And who better to know the role than you Joseph. You have the whole of poetrysoup on your shoulders most of the time. Your guidance in the forms of poetry are truly a father's hand. God Bless and thanks, Cile

Missing you, Joseph, and I'd previously commented on this piece, I think it's as fine as the first reading. Not a bad think, when you can reread something, and enjoy it as much as the first time. Hope you're doing super well...God bless you and yours! Love you.....Mikki :)

Happy Belated Father's Day Joseph, I haven't been on line much lately. This is a very truthful senryu write, I find that father's day like mother's day is every day of the year in that we are indeed charged with meeting the tasks of parenthood "leading, guiding, uplifting" prayerfully we get it right or at least give our best :-) Thank you for sharing such a meaningful read. God's Love and Many Blessings, Always, Adell

Challenges are good, yes? They keep the daddies on their toes. :) I'm a mommy, I like to nag. Is there such as thing as a Happy Naggy's Day? :)) Maybe not the same thing, but sometimes it works. Did you put your towel in the clothes hamper, BTW? Joking...sighhhhhh.. This is a beautiful tribute to the fathers on that special day. You're a kind man to share this with us....will also help the moms to feel more appreciative. God bless you and yours, Joseph! Mikki

I do not recall reading a Senru with so much information. However do you do that? I am sure you do just as your poem expresses. Good for you. Peace, Ivy
