The Cataract Operation

The Cataract Operation By Elton Camp Old age caught up with me and vision became unclear Thanks to modern medicine, blindness I needn’t fear Out comes the clouded old lens and in went the new It required only minutes and the operation was through When the eye patch came off, it was then that I smiled I could see again as clear as when I was a little child Now my biggest problem is that it is so hard to hear If only there was a surgeon who could put in a new ear
