Notes About The Poem

For Nursery Rhyme Only Contest by Eva Roper

The Cat in the Chair

Picture #1 with the cat in the chair
The cat sat in the easy chair sipping tea giving a book a stair thoughts of the day flooded her mind maybe she left some mice behind The cat sat in the easy chair there was little else to do should she finish her book or sip the catnip stew The cat sat in the easy chair and for no reason at all she drifted into slumber land and dreamed of the great yarn ball.

nice job Miranda, cats do make us envious of their innate ability to relax...

Thank you for that, and I fully agree with you on cats making us envious of their ability to relax.
