The Car
Venting that I drove here all on my own.
Obstacles are made even if I don’t exist.
And crying exists too, like tip toes shouldn’t.
I should be waiting for the food to come out.
But this is an abandoned building.
My strength turned to an apple core.
I don’t exist like this parking lot.
Sit in the car.
Waiting for my mom to get back from the abandoned building.
Spiders shuffling around awkwardly.
I don’t know how to get home.
And this building could vanish like the squeal of my tires.
I could get home with the GPS.
Or eat half a granola bar made of dust.
