The Cape of Death

Rose petals fall slowly behind the cape of death Approaching our side our cheek she would caress Fear not the separation of body and the soul Whether it be quick or slow Sometime we'll have to go There's not a man alive who will never join the dead All have an appointed time, a destiny with death Since we all have to die, can we not accept the fate? What's on the other side is the reason we're afraid
