The Canopy of Shelter
He was out in the open with romantic feelings
Carrying a small umbrella.
In a heavy downpour from the largest umbrella.
That was a sure sign to face reverses
Indeed, the small shelter
Failed to protect his worries and fears.
Water deals with cleansing
And emotional stirrings.
The murky water is a warning
Not to get involved in endeavors.
As one greater shelter is in a rage,
The other can’t be of any usage.
When he was at one end of a bridge
The rain stopped.
Saw a hanging umbrella on the rope
With red-yellow color signifying untoward event.
In the fearful, vexing and dead peace
Illogical worries and fears reigned.
