The Calling Dawn

In death I find stillness
I find peace of nothingness
The nirvana
The last step on this journey
To relieve the pain
Sleep peacefully in my dreams that never bloomed
Within dead memories of a broken past echoed
through hollowed walls of this dark tunnel
No light
No hope
To close this door and walk through the next

To turn around and say goodbye
As the universe comforts me before I die
So God and his angels can greet me on the other side

Pull me through this broken body and let
The angels hold my hand as I drift through the sky
Comforted by the lights cry

I accept it

I am happy

To leave
