The Cali's Freedom Stand

In Singleton, there's a hotel that stands tall like a citadel; Where choice reigns, as you can tell, and freedom rings like a bell; Where the voice of history, inscribed in awe and chivalry cries loud against debauchery and mental slavery; Where the banner of the union waves to repel discrimination; Where peaceful demonstration is sought to end the reign of coercion. Against tyranny, we shall then stand and echo our voice throughout the land. Let's join together, hand in hand for the glory of the fatherland. One flag, one nation. Freedom is our devotion. Let us join hands against segregation. Long live the federation! November 21, 2022 Freedoms Pub Poetry Contest (1st Place) Sponsored by: Joe Maverick
