Who craves to consume it scorched?
Who wants to eat the burn of peace?
The bell is alarming but no baker cares
Worldly peace cries from hell in vain;
Who wants to eat the burn of peace?
Who wants it scorched ?
She is crying loud in Iraq and Syria
Her alarm is loud in Ukraine and Gaza
Her burn falling in Nigeria and Kenya
Worldly peace cries from hell in vain
Who wants to eat the burn of peace ?

Ash is burn, tear is here;
The cold ash of peace is sulphur ignited
Burning like furnace for iron and steel
Who is smoking cricket in cotton field ?
