The Breathless Cycle
I know that I am alive…
for every breath that I take,
I take a breath of life…
I inhale the air of freedom,
peace and calmness –
it fills my soul with
a prominent chemical known
as love
As I exhale,
I discharge of all the
vexatious feelings
and wrath that I
had for that brief
second in time –
which could only be
released once that
chemical passed
through my lungs
My body feels
revived and I…
I am a new person,
filled with the
perfect balance between
life and love
This is a cycle
which will remain
unbroken until
I stand in front of my
Heavenly Father
