The Break-Up

Sleepless nights
Hot & heavy fights
Slump over the couch
Mumbling the words ouch!

Give me some time 
To figure things out
To clean house

Better to be honest
Than to perpetuate the myth
That I’m in love with you

Heaven & hell could be ours
But happiness 
Could never be ours

Afraid of giving in
Always stepping in
A pile of lies

I know your heart
You know my thoughts
Lets break free from each-other
Let’s start seeing other people.
