The Breakdown

Sure I’ll play along I’ll crawl into this bed of lies Tell me, am I wrong? Okay I won’t question you I’ll dance with the enemy Tell me, what can I do? I guess you are right I’ll put my faith in a hopeless cause Tell me, who are you tonight? I cannot do this anymore I won’t let you tear me up Tell me, are your finger sore? No I won’t just let it go I can’t forget what you’ve done Tell me, when did you get so low? Please remember this while you’re laying in your bed That beautiful thoughts of you used to race through my head But, from here on out I’ll think of you as merely dead.
