The Boy from Another World
There once was a boy who wondered what love could be,
He asked his mother for answers, but none came to see.
He believed love was more than a moment or touch,
A bond of the soul, something deeper as such.
As a child, numbers never stayed in his mind,
No matter how hard he tried, they were always unkind.
Yet in his dreams, a girl softly would say,
“Don’t give up now… you’ll find your way.”
He drew her in silence, a world of his own,
Where her gentle voice made his weakness unknown.
They called him crazy, they laughed at his view,
But he kept moving forward, though nobody knew.
Lost in the numbers, he failed time again,
But her unseen support eased all of his pain.
With time, the same boy they once denied,
Became a mind no limits could hide.
Once lost and alone in numbers and fear,
Now stronger than ever, his path became clear.
And the girl he imagined is finally near.
Never underestimate anyone.
