The Bloom Fell Off the Rose

It was to last forever.
But the Bloom fell off the Rose.
It started great, however, the Bloom fell off the Rose.

It shouldn't have started, but it did
And the Bloom fell off the Rose.

Now she is brokenhearted
for the Bloom fell off the Rose
He too has since departed
while the Bloom falls off the Rose.
