The Blame Game

Why is it you try and blame me
I have no control over history
Only with the time I have
And I have a hard enough time controlling that

Stop playing the victim in all of this
In your best interest get over it
Try standing on your own two feet
Instead of putting the past's blame on me

How will you ever get ahead
If you're always being beaten down by the past
Can't we treat the past as dead and gone
Learn from it and then move on

Instead of putting the blame on everyone else
Why not take a good look at yourself
You're a slave to your "why me" beliefs
And your beliefs have nothing to do with me

I'm seriously fed up with the way society has gotten lately...Grow up people and do something about it besides whining over every little issue.
