The Black Cape of Depression
The Black Cape
You take away my laughter, you take a away months, and years.
The thought of you is Dark and Dangerous, filled with emptiness, sadness, and tears.
You have ruled my life so very long.
I did not ask for you, nor never wanted you.
I Hate you.
I fight you each Hour of a Day.
Why do you have such power?
Who do you come from?
You have Taken Souls,
Why are you so filled with Darkness?
My battle Begins with the Sun and ends with the Moon.
Your Control is Sick, Like a beaten Soul, I fight you each day.
Numbness over sees my Days with you.
Why am I so Weak?
Why do I Hurt?
Why! Why! Why!
You are Evil, my darkest Secret I have hid for so many Years.
You are The Black Cape, You are Depression.
Pills of all Colors you Have brought Me, but I have Figured you Out.
Our days of Fighting will Never End, But I will Fight You till the End.
You will Sleep in my Mind, and with Gods Help, you shall not awake.
I will Take back my new Hours, with Days.
From today Black Cape, You shall Sleep.
I am the Power now.
