The Black Blizzard

POEM "THE BLACK BLIZZARD" by martin gedge Wind behind the wheels back that calls the devil storm evil are the eyes that wake to take its deadly form to throw the hammer to the ground and dig a field of graves for no remorse to takes it course for blackness misbehaves the dead intent that hath hell bent for mercy be not spared for those whose lives by throwing knives in skies are often dared the dark disgust to throw its dust like needles punching holes to run the wild of every child like thieves to take the souls and barren waste to take with haste and show of no respect will lie the plains just like the stains of humans that neglect for every puff to blows its stuff to air that suits the please will consume the breath of doom world dying by disease and through the smoke as people choke like words to leave the nest we do not need a heart to bleed to pound upon the chest that natures plan to understand the root in every case a land to fill each dollar bill that wears a dirty face a world of one to come undone beneath the greedy cost it's worth the fight to do what's right and spare the earth we lost... by martin gedge©
