The Bird's Eye View
Two by two
They flew
Wings in the air
Blue skies they all share
There is one place
Home base
They rest
Call it a nest
For them it's the best
Eggs hatch there
Soon a pair
Young at heart
Do their part
In the air
Soar to real heights
Sun so bright
Miss the kite
Of the kids first flight
Hold on tight
Stay calm
Or a dive bomb
Will scare Mom
Who scouts the town
Safe and sound
Well fed
And in bed
With the one she wed
