The Big Time
so you want to
make it big time
a shining flaming beacon
of you life's achievement
a rock star
a movie star
a philosopher
whose words carried
so much weight
an artist whose
pictures
are hung in great museums
a cut above the average life
one sure to catch
God's eye...
well I think
you best think it out
there's a lot to say
for an average life
modest goals
to strive to achieve
as far as God's
eye is concerned
that's promised
for everyone.
