The Big Picture

In the big picture,
nothing we do right now 
matters.
It never did.
I guess that’s the way of life.
Ten years from now 
no one will remember how you lost 
your ten dollars
or who was your first love.
Ten decades from now, 
No one will remember you.
We’re all like small particles floating 
in endless space.
Nothing we do matters.
You're no different from anyone.
In the big picture, we're just small particles of dust
that no one cares about...
