The Bible Tells Me So
The Devil keeps whispering in my ear, but I ignore
him.
My God keeps whispering in my ear, I listen to
HIM.
The Devil keeps pushing me
around,
but my God holds me close, safe, and sound.
The Devil can keep
trying,
but I am going to keep denying.
He is not my father, he is not my friend, and he is not my savior, who died for my
sins.
The Devil is evil and brings people
pain,
but my God is good, so I connect to his
chain.
My God loves me, and this I know, because the bible tells me so.
