The Bete
THE BETE
Little children,
You better be good.
Pick up your toys
Like good children should.
Clean your plate
And don't make noise
Cause the BETE is waiting
For bad girls and boys.
No fighting or fussing,
No throwing a fit.
Do all your chores.
No saying, "Aw ****!"
And don't write on the walls,
Cause if you do,
The big BETE
Is waiting for you!
He's mean and he's ugly.
He's big and he's tall.
And he's hairy all over
With big long claws.
He has sharp teeth and it's said,
That he'll take you and hide you in his cave in the wood.
Then he'll cook you and eat you.
So you better be good.
Come quick when I call.
No dragging your feet.
The BETE says fat kids are juicy,
But bad girls and boys taste very sweet..
And no running and screaming
In the house tonight
Cause outside the BETE is waiting
For his next KID BITE!
