The Best Is Yet To Come
Although I feel my heart is breaking,
I shall remain strong.
I never saw this coming to me;
I've loved you all along.
You think that you're not right for me,
but sadly, you're mistaken.
I'll take you as you are, right now.
With love, I'll never fake it.
Emotions get the best of us,
and sometimes we don't think.
All I know is how I feel,
and when I touch you, I get weak.
Don't throw away this love we have.
Don't make a huge mistake.
You know you love me, you tell me daily.
I'll give; You just need to take.
The only thing I can offer you,
is my honest and truest soul.
Without you, I don't know right now..
But with you, I am whole.
I shall not let you go that easily.......
