   Stayed together so long
They're the undisputed kings
   Of heart-rending pop songs

Three true-blue Britishers
   In America, never to die
With songs like 'Massachusetts'
   They're forever 'Stayin' Alive!'

I must admit to not understanding most of their lyrics during the 1960s, but valued their harmony, especially, Words, I started a joke, First of May, MA, etc., but lost interest after they adapted to an international audience, but will never forget their, "Its only words, and words are all I have, to take your heart away" Aloha! Rico

LOVE IT Gershon especially as the Gibb Brothers were born on our little Isle of Man, in fact up until his death Robin still had a property over here. They are a national treasure and their music lives on - if you hear the track Ellan Vannin its all about the IOM:-) hugs Jan xx

You're so right. I play 'Stayin' Alive' to classes of international students from time to time , and they are blown away too. And these are hip 22 - 32 year olds from around the globe. ~ gw
