The Beauty of Words

If you knew the real me
You'd be surprised of who I've become
I see amazing poets
I see more then meets the eye
All I'm here to speak is my feelings
True yet harsh
I write of dark things but mostly love
We as people look in-between words as well as meanings
We write of life we live as well as things we've been through
Throughout my life I've seen myself fall for some really amazing guys
Who listen and breathe true meaning to me
Being loved is harder for someone so pure but not even close to innocent
As I see lighting strike I hope all is true
No poem makes sense to anyone
These words expire like milk
Yet they are beautiful and have meaning to me
