I’ve battled pain That left me feeling so alone It left my heart slain With a sword I’d never known ~ The battle was sordid Beating my heart and soul Soon I’d be rewarded Because I’d meet my goal ~ When I felt so lost and alone God sent me His pure love With sensations I’d never known Gifts from the angels above ~ Grieving my losses Seemed all there was to do But there were the crosses To remind me of what I knew ~ With Jesus, I will always win Battles fierce and fearful With Jesus, no matter where I’ve been Love alive is so skillful ~ With Jesus, the battle is won It only takes God’s armor All and all, it’s said and done His Love is my transformer ~ I’ve battled the worst And won with His love Pain that is reversed Sent on wings of a dove

Wonderful Gina. Sickness and pain are two things we fear the most because often there is no earthly thing we can do about it. No EARTHLY thing. With Jesus all things are possible. A super poem of victory in the face of adversity. Bravo. And the picture makes it even better. Love it. God Bless, JB
