The Batkovan Brief - Thanking Lady Luc....
If I were to say I’ve never loved
then I’ve never lived.
And if I were to say I’ve lived,
then I’ve lived a lie.
To have loved would have been to have known you.
Because, first there was you, and then there was ‘love’.
And now that I know you ...
I now know love - and know that I can love.
Now that I have seen you, touched you, breathed you,
I know I shall love you …and know that I live.
