The Ballroom of Life

Look around the ballroom, it's laughs and gossips from all walks of life. Where one confesses their love, While others meet "the one" for the first time. Brighter than the lights that aglow, There's a romance in the mood, More soft and beautiful than a rose, The love for life is in full bloom. The younger ones chatter, Their eyes talk with subtle hints of glee, The older ones dance and smile The hopes of new beginning floating in the breeze. Maybe it's the way candlelight dances Or maybe it's the warm breeze, The happiness which is overflowing today, Is surely a beautiful miracle indeed.
