The Autumn Rain

The Autumn Rain
reminds me the feelings
that I didn’t express
The fresh air after rain
reminds me the moments
I wanted to live
The smell in the air
reminds me those moments when I used to meet you
and the wind takes them away
The yellow leaves
falling down on the streets
and I realize how
I’m loosing time, losing you
like the trees are losing the leaves
There will be new leaves on the trees
new people in your life
but the leaves on the streets will be forgotten, will be rotten

Just like me
