The Askance Chapter 2 Part 2b

Only by pureness of tranquility had we willing to embrace Through a given fate of coincidence, can our meeting than fall to place Mortals hunger for wisdom, desire our kind to feed upon miseries And in return, it’s the wealth of knowledge humanities had earn blindly In the Ancients, its our only breath of life we rely upon to outlive Much so we disappear as soon, if simply lost is this belief It's my pride and honor for we’re the mirrors of our souls Shall either of us lose this trust, then its tranquility we can never enfold It belongs essential for these meanings be well received and heard For a true believer shall once again be titled ‘Knight of the Word’ We are the bearers of sins till our very end The path of yearnings we seek, till death be when?” A silent whisper, a golden shimmer A moment’s dust and The Askance was gone A lifted burden as light as feather Sorrows in my heart no longer belong So much I have desired to ask Yet it appears much so I’ve already known Questions unwind yet answers never last A blinded passage where guidance of none was shown A portraiture of him arise in my mind A distance image comprising beyond an ancient age As clearly as gathered, this illusion I find My portray of words lay stained in blood written bondage Deeply phrase, spells his eyes of a thousand words Of skin dyed a color rich in the ever finest green Upon his chest, chains the death of a late knight’s amulet Of a wounded soul there veils a truth never to be seen Am I the chosen one, or perhaps its he? Only to certify, it bears the uncertainties of truth Yet is there truth within questionable lies to be? And will one day, our mirrored souls be removed? Had since a thousand sins slept my thousand dreams To be A Knight Of The Word… I dare not ask Perhaps purified shall come tranquility we both may bring? May The Askance rid my sorrows till forever be last! ……………………………………………….
