The Ancient War
In ancient times, poets were sacrificed,
then laid upon rocks to describe...
the hues of heaven.
Today their poems give the people hope,
for the pen is mightyer than the sword.
Their secret tongues, reverberating,
encourage the people to change the world.
To find that enthusiastic stronghold,
willing and able to fight the hard battle,
and win the ancient war known as...Life.
