The Age of the Vague and Fearful

I have some trembling hands;
   I can scarcely type a word.
   The Age of Pessimism has passed
   Like the sweeping dress of a ballroom dancer
   From another passed time,
   So we find ourselves in the
   Age of the Vague and Fearful.

The vague and fearful or rude and easily offended. Either way it's depressing. Great piece Daniel :)
