The Adventure of You
The sound of rain hitting the window
The blurred moon seen through the water fall
The sliver of movement on the pavement
Made me remember old times from before
I could hear voices singing carols in winter
I could feel shivers down my spine
Close my eyes to see you with me
See the love flash in your eyes
The sound of rain hitting the window
No other sound could be found
Memories of times we had together
Memories of all the love in each other that we found
I watch you sleep in the light of the moon coming through the window
I listen to you breathe as you sleep and dream so sound
I lay next to you and hug you tightly
Thankful for the love we found together and the adventure of you that I found.
