The Acrobat

Workel walked a wiggly wire Strung between two church spire, A crowd had gathered underneath, To see this stunt beyond belief. Starting out with his balance pole He suddenly heard the church-bell toll, This very loud ringing noise Made poor Workel lose his poise. He lost his balance, down he come, Flying past a bell-ringing nun, Luckily there was no slaughter, He landed in a pond of holy water.
