The 5th Stage

sweetness wasted—I feel like sugar on the flo
your disloyalty causing changes; 
denial... 
anger...
bargaining... 
depression... 
while trying to get to acceptance...

loyalty taken for granted
I feel like sugar on the flo
why? why?
thank God you didn't deny...

all about choices — dumb ass choices
I feel like sugar on the flo 
spirit down—but I'm not takin' the blame
it's your character that's lame...

acceptance don't come easy
my emotions going up and down 
faster than lightening can hit the ground
I feel like sugar on the flo
I forgive — can I forget?

if given the chance— will you do it again? 
sending me through this hellish pain 
I feel like sugar on the flo
oh God— let the healing begin
I can't take no mo— feeling like sugar on the flo...

Apparently I am at fault and to blame for every dispute, disagreement or arguement...It is called "Deflection"; it is also known more commonly as "Bullying"! Plain and simple. "Loyalty taken for granted": Great line - And bloody big mistake on behalf of the other party! Nicely penned, Phyllis...Nicely penned.
