The 123 Call

THE 123 CALL

In 123 the political class call,
First we run to be quenched with wishes of lies,
Second we swear not to be swirled again with lie ties,
Third our predicaments push us to say g’bye to our ties and buy ‘their’ lies,

In 123 the young youths are shot dead,
First they are shot for empty stomach and lack of education,
Second they rob their life’s bcoz of false promises that ignites provocation,
Third the bullets harness them because of their desire for revolution,

In 123 the society is craving for hunger,
First the hunger caused by the greedy political leaders,
Second they reap rich as anger of hunger writhe us like ladders,
Third we beg and crave to be eased from this suffocation of hunger,

So stand up, in 123 to….
First search a resourceful water source of truth to quench our wishes,
Second to abide by the stall of our pledges,
Third to find solution for our predicaments, not to be bought again but say g’bye to poor leadership,

Stand up, in 123 to….
First stop the bullets penetrating through our bones and get education,
Second to stop robbing our neighbours and steal knowledge to provoke ignorant leaders,
Third to bullet the desires of our demands in sober revolution,

Stand up, in 123 to….
First feed out the greedy political leaders,
Second to let not anger of hunger read us out as letters,
Third to stop begging for solution to stop this suffocation
‘coz the greatest power that they are afraid of,
Is the power of elite of the youths?
In 123, stand up……..
