That's Where You'Re Beautiful

The flowers of your garden, so beautiful to see
Tended to by love, but love, not for me
As seeing them grow, remains then my treat
For the garden’s of beauty, the scent is so sweet

You nourish them, care for them, give love so free
They respond with their growth, their forever beauty
I see your true passion as you show that each day
I’d disturb not the gardener, for your happiness I pray

So, till on in your garden, where your work seems the best
The product, the flowers, show that you have been blessed
Look not away, ever, from the flowers in your care
I know where you’re needed, you’re needed always there

When I read this poem, I didn't take it to mean a literal garden at all. Am I wrong in this interpretation? Exceedingly beautiful imagery, Michael.

It always seems to me, that those who love to garden, who love flowers and nature, are usually loving people. Nicely done! ~ Carrie
