I lost count over the years
Your soppy sweet smile
The clumsiness you exude
The funny guy

Cheered me up on sad days
Endless cuddles
There for me always
The caring guy
That's what you are

Did you make me cry?
Only ever with happiness of course
You make me proud
Every single day
The clever guy
That's what you are
How many times
Have I told you I love you?
Not just idle words to us
I loved you then
I love you now
The loved guy
That's what you are
How many times
Have we kissed goodnight?
And with the passion we still possess
Stronger together we are
Side by side
My guy, my everything
That's what you are....
