That's-That's-That's All Folks

That's-That's-That's All Folks By Roy Merritt There’s a little guy ‘round here with a red mustache three feet long And there’s no one about it seems with which he gets along He’s always angry it seems and often pullin’ his gun He’s always shoutin’ and cursin’ Might shoot you 'fore he’s done One guy in particular makes him mad Leaves him in despair A wise crackin’ feller with a Brooklyn accent A wise crackin’ Brooklyn hare I can’t tell you the number of times This hare drives him over the deep end Drives this little guy into a frenzy Drives him ‘round the bend And one thing in particular he wants Rushin’ in guns in his grasp Demands that hare climb a tower And jump down in a glass And you can be certain this hare Will always get the better of him And he’ll be the one divin’ below It’s always happens in the end Cos’ you can be sure he’s a show off This hare is great a big ham And he always wins in the end Gets the better of Yosemite Sam And you know this long eared galoot Will be laughin’ hardily as he mugs And just like that gangster Siegle This hare he’s named Bugs Yes sir like that nutty duck says This hare is quite despicable He gets the better of him and Sam Leaves them in a pickle And they’re not the only ones He gets the better of He does the same to this goofy feller A feller named Elmer Fudd Fudd might be huntin’ wabbitts And Bugs will confuse his reason convince him no time for wabbitts Its really be duck season And you know this long eared galoot Will be laughin’ hardily as he mugs And just like that gangster Siegle This hare he’s named Bugs So now that I’m finished with you Finished with all these jokes I'll quote that stuttering pig And say that’s-that’s-that’s all folks Yes that’s-that’s-that’s all folks

Thank you John. I used to love Loony Tunes when I was a kid and these characters are immortal icons of Americana. I remember reading in an article once that Bugs was the "quintessential American wise guy!" I would agree to that.
