That was then, this is now, Your light shone so bright, And yet now you’re gone. That was then, this is now, We were always together, And now I’m all alone. I was a broken mess when you found me, all those years ago, and yet you helped me heal, You helped me trust. You helped me be human again. You never told me of your pain.
