That Was That
I smiled at her
She smiled back
My blood stirred.
That was that.
I saw her again.
She saw me too.
We talked until ten.
Nothing better to do.
I went out on a date.
She went to the show.
Figured since I paid?
She said, No, no, no!
I went and got married.
Then again, so did she.
It's downright scary.
She got married to me!
I am thirty years older.
She's still hanging around.
Sometimes I hate her.
Our battles "World Renowned".
I smiled at her.
She smiled back.
She says, it was a "smirk".
That was that.
