swept away and tossed about by vicious seas somehow i managed to survive and drift ashore dark the day my world imploded when i wrote off forevermore my shattered heart grim the day my life lost sense and reason yet i managed somehow to march on through harsh the day i walked you to the doors of death letting go of your hand to become a widow Submitted on April 29, 2021 for contest ALL YOURS (APR 30) sponsored by BRIAN STRAND - RANKED 1ST

the hardest thing to do is walk the love of our life out the door. It takes a very brave soul to survive, and keep living. I pray you realize what an angel you have on your side now. Every day he sends you whispers of love through a portal of God's Grace . :)
