That Kiss

That kiss

You haven't stood much beside
but there were sparkles and hot flashes above
in our war, no one killed, no one died
in the trenches of desire, what exploded was love
I tried to escape, I tried to run away
my heart raced so fast, so fast
It was the same, one day, next day
then, your lips touched mine, we had a blast
for a few seconds in the eternal blood with rhythmic wing
so intense and forever while it lasted
I was your queen and you were my king
It was not too much, but it was fantastic
