THAT DAY That day started as any other day, Then I saw your face swollen and warm, I think I knew then. I made the call and drove you there, I handed you over, not wanting to let go, I think I knew, That you wouldnt be coming home. During the long day I knew, I sobbed I was so worried, The call came, After listening i definitely knew, I broke down sobbing my heart in bits. I drove the distance to be with you, I held you, cuddled you, loved you The big C had you compleatly, I told you how much I loved you and gave the nod.
