Thanksgiving
Today is Thanksgiving.
The time for gathering.
The moment in space,
where we all participate
in nature's ways
that has allowed
us-as-a-people
to cherish those giving
memories; in life
where heaven has shone
its light, of such divine
and gratefully given us
a reason to enjoy peace.
So let us feast
on our god-given dinner,
in hope to see even better
in the next generation.
