Happy Thanksgiving

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I’m thankful for the love I know.
Through grief, it continues to grow.
Love so full it endures the pain.
It feels more dazzling in the rain!
I’m thankful for the grace He gives.
Since He is within, my soul lives.
I haven’t one reason to complain.
It feels more dazzling in the rain!
I’m thankful for my dear loved ones.
They’re loved so fully, tons and tons!
Love them more than I can explain.
It feels more dazzling in the rain!
I’m thankful for the sun and moon.
And all the stars that God has strewn.
Gentle faith my soul can’t contain.
It feels more dazzling in the rain!
I’m thankful for the joy inside.
This love I feel can’t be denied.
It comes back, again and again.
It feels more dazzling in the rain!
I’m more thankful than I can say.
This Thanksgiving, my heart will pray…
For His love to make us all humane.
It feels more dazzling in the rain!
Faith, hope and love come to each life,
But that doesn’t mean we’ll know no strife.
Grateful that His light will remain!
It feels more dazzling in the rain!
