Thankful For Today

Thankful as we praise Him
Hopefully for another day
Asking Him for His forgiveness 
Needing Him each and every day
Keeping Him in our heart
Forever striving to be faithful
United in spirit, with one purpose 
Loving His kindness and tender heart today

Following His instructions while He is
Ordering our steps
Recognizing His will shall be done

Thankful for His Grace
Obedience is what He ask of us so
Don't stray
Away from seeking His Face, as we
Yield now, to be at peace with Him today
